Great news that we have got this far! It has been a long time and a lot of work already but more to come. It was great to see that the 'momentum' is still here in the city, as we didn't know that there would be an announcement that we had got to the next stage today and yet there was still a really good turnout. Onwards and upwards!

"Onwards and upwards!"

I agree with Laura Griffiths - it was a good meeting last night at The Watershed, goo to meet / network with 'Bristol' peeps, and I am glad that there are over 400 people who have subscribed. For me, I hope Bristol is awarded with this, as Bristol DOES lead the way in digital creativity...

Top blog, top bid, top city!

Great to see the open source ethos of the bid surviving and flourishing through digital abundance.

Other cool projects seen recently include My Washington Square Park.
