The last couple of weeks have been pretty hectic gathering quotes from a sample of Connecting Bristol members to give a flavour of the kind of enthusiasm and support that people have in Bristol for our digital challenge bid. Only four people were allowed to attend the peer review session in Taunton today so it’s fantastic to be able to include a number of extra voices – either on video or as written quotes. The full list of supporters who have signed up on the website is also part of the presentation which should show the groundswell of support from all over the city.
By the end of the day we should know if we’ve gone through to the next round which is due to take place in London next Thursday but in the meantime please send positive thoughts to Steve Hilton, Dick Penny, Carolyn Hassan and Jaya Chakrabarti who will be presenting at 11.20 this morning.
