Bristol City Council’s eInnovation project Campaign Creator has been shortlisted for a Eurocities award along with Birmingham and Reykjavik. As part of the shortlisting process BCC have produced a two minute video about the project and it’s impact. The video was produced by Bristol based new media company Delib.
