Banksy saved by hi-tech democracy

Yesterday’s Guardian Society pages feature an article on e-democracy in Bristol, using AskBristol’s surveys on this Banksy piece as an example of ‘hi-tech democracy’. Read the full article.
It also mentions the launch of neighbourhoodfixit.com, a project launched this week by MySociety and the Young Foundation which allows users to type in a UK postcode and report a problem like graffiti, dumped rubbish etc to the council.
