		<description>I agree, since the official announcement (and before even) there has been an assumption that much of the activity in the Bristol Bid would happen some how. I believe that Barbara and the council have in principle agreed to a lot of the infrastructure stuff, obviously we need to hear the official revised time scale and deliverables.
After the 15 March meeting, Kevin and I were (half jokingly) discussing the potential for our bid being submitted as an EU project for ESF/ERDF/FP7/etc funding. After all we&#039;ve written the thing, all the justifications are there, some additional Euro-ese and we could be in with a(nother) cracking project.
Anyone know any tame Commissioners in Brussels, or partner cities (preferably in sunny locations) that would be up for an EU project to deliver the social and community aspects of the bid?</description>
