Isn&#039;t the ultimate logic of where this is heading that the BBC needs to become an Internet Service Provider and that eventually the license fee becomes a payment for online services and content?</description>

Amongst others the VP of Google talks about the Internet TV revolution and the future of internet TV and how in Japan whole programmes can be downloaded in 10-15 seconds. 

Obviously wasn&#039;t using the iplayer then....:-)
