Knowle West Media Centre Opening Today

Well, we open today at 12 noon. All the team are very excited. News coverage has been great. Anyone listening to Original Radio, GWR, BBC Radio Bristol, Kiss FM, BCFM will have heard, as well as anyone watching ITV west and BBC Points West. We’re also hoping the Evening Post will be popping around today.

I’ll be very busy the rest of today, getting all the last stories into the community newsletter, running a community website and Mouth of the South young reporters workshop throughout the opening event from 12 ’til 5, and I’m sure tomorrow I will be telling you how fantastic it was.

I’m also chuffed at the weather today as we have some planting planned outside the building with members of the community during the opening event.
