		<description>Defragment hard disks - what&#039;s that? One could always use a proper operating system such as Linux that organises its files sensibly and thus doesn&#039;t need defragmentation. 

Linux also has lower hardware requirements: I have two laptops, both 6 years old and with a mere 256 MB of RAM each, that are happily running the latest version of Debian that one couldn&#039;t even consider for Redmond&#039;s latest offerings.
