With the sun shining all across Bristol flooding probably isn’t an issue that many people are particularly concerning themselves with at the moment. However, Bristol does though have several areas that are flood-prone, including areas around the Severn Estuary, the Bristol Frome, the (lower) Avon, and the city docks.
The Environment Agency are the body responsible for flood management, and have developed an online map which indicates areas where river levels are monitored and flood warnings are available to residents.
