For the last few days Bristol has been hosting the Robo World Cup 2012. Teams from Mexico, Canada, India, China, South Korea, Malaysia and Taiwan have been competing in a range of competitive robot events at @Bristol.

The event is being run by Bristol Robotics Laboratory (BRL) (a collaboration between the University of Bristol and the University of the West of England). Activities run through to 1800hrs today (Friday 24th August) and from 1000hrs to 1600hrs tomorrow (Saturday 25th August) so get along to @Bristol and cheer on the robotic atheletes. Entry is on first come, first served basis.
