The City Council are promoting a crowd sourcing initiative to provide 100 households with a refurbished PC for Christmas. The scheme will work with Byteback, a local community enterprise to;

  • Refurbish 100 old council computers
  • Provide a PC , mouse, keyboard and flat screen monitor to the people that need them most
  • Provide telephone support to help them
  • Give a 6 month warranty with each machine

You can donate right now, but be quick as the target of £2214 must be reached by 20 December 2013 to make sure it goes ahead.
