The University of Bristol, in partnership with Bristol Learning City, is launching a brand new research project to find out what it is really like to live and learn in the city. The new project will help discover more about people’s learning experiences in Bristol and find out how they would like to progress and develop.
To support the project they are asking for individuals to volunteer their time and become ‘Learning Researchers’.
Once a week, between October and December 2016, volunteers will be asked to undertake some research activities, which could involve field research such as interviewing and photography or analysis of data.
The project is being led by Dr Magda Buchczyk who is a Senior Research Associate at the University of Bristol. All ‘Learning Researchers’ will receive training at the University of Bristol, which will teach volunteers everything they need to know. The deadline for applications is Sunday 25th September, with a programme start date of early-October.
